Tour lasts from 7 to 11 AM or 2 to 6 pm. Participants are met by UTSI taxi drivers at 7 AM or 2 PM in front of Uvita Tourist Information Center and returned there at 11 AM or 6 pm respectively. Hike is slow paced and not strenuous. Finca Carolina is home to a tremendous variety of birds and wildlife. Tour primary forest and agricultural areas with knowledgeable guides. Hike is followed by snack and refresco. Wildlife viewing, birdwatching, and natural history. Wear shoes or sandals with backstrap. Bring small bag with binoculars, field notebook, and camera if desired. ($40 per person)
